It’s distilled at a single Tasmanian distillery using traditional copper pot stills, then matured in oak casks for a minimum of two years in Tasmania’s uniquely cool, maritime climate.

Hobart Whisky is made in small batches with Tasmania’s pure, soft water and carefully sourced local barley.

In the island’s cool climate, shifting pressures work gently on the casks, allowing the whisky to breathe, mature slowly, and develop rich character.
